Healthcare Terms of Service

These Healthcare Terms of Service govern the use of Voxento by hospitals, clinics, health systems, and other healthcare organizations.

1. Acceptance

By using Voxento on behalf of a healthcare organization, you agree to these terms and our Healthcare Privacy Policy.

2. Compliance Obligations

Healthcare customers are responsible for using Voxento in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission standards, and other applicable healthcare regulations.

3. No PHI Storage

Voxento is not intended for storing Protected Health Information. Customers must not upload patient identifiers, medical records, or other PHI into the platform unless properly de-identified or covered by a Business Associate Agreement.

4. Data Ownership

Healthcare organizations retain ownership of their training content and staff data. Voxento retains ownership of the platform and underlying technology.

5. Acceptable Use

Healthcare organizations agree not to use Voxento to:

• Upload or share patient-identifiable information without authorization.
• Use the platform for purposes unrelated to staff training or compliance.
• Attempt to breach the security or availability of the service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Upon termination, Voxento will return or delete customer data in accordance with the organization's instructions and applicable law.
