Voxento is not designed to store Protected Health Information (PHI). Customers are responsible for ensuring that any training content uploaded to the platform complies with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare privacy laws.

2. Data Use

We use customer and staff information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Voxento training platform.
• Track training completions and competencies for compliance reporting.
• Communicate about accounts, support, and service updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell healthcare customer data. We may engage subprocessors under strict confidentiality and security obligations to help deliver the service.

4. HIPAA & Security

Voxento implements administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect customer data. Organizations may request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where required.
